The baby shower should be fun.  Sometimes they are silly, but it’s a happy event.  I’ve only been to a couple myself.  Everyone sits around and chats, there’s  food, and the honoree opens presents and every one oohs and aahs. I love the hat idea - there are so many cute hats now. You don’t have to limit your choice to “newborn” size, babies grow fast enough that you can buy a larger size and they’ll grow into it.

Well, it’s late so must get some sleep.  Tomorrow I take the beast in for a nail trim and grooming.  She looks really cute now, short of sheep-like except for the ears and tail, but is felting.
