Genesee Beer from Rochester, New York has to be the cheapest and worst beer ever produced. It’s riced based, will leave you feeling like you stomach came out through your butt in the morning. If you’ve never tried it, DON’T!

That is most likely the dumbest thing I have heard in a good year and a half. Have you been to Portland, Oregon? I have tasted zero Canadian beers that left me saying, “well, that wasn’t watered down at all.”

Grower’s is the only thing Canada brews that is delicious, and that is not beer.

They still brew Hamm’s, the beer that makes your BM smell even worse. I am sure people are familiar with Olympia, Rainier, and Iron City beers, not to mention Old German. While cheap and in a can, these beers are much more delicious than your average PBR or Natty Lite.

Or….if you were REALLY desperate between paychecks from working at the “Bell,” going to your friend’s house and “borrowing” his Dad’s “Black Label….” 12 pack for $6…..

I am also from Canada, and I also didn’t know what PBR was. I also didn’t know that you could serve beer so cheaply. Where I’m from it is illegal to sell a beer for less than 2.20 cdn.
Cheap by the case we have Lucky Lager, or the king can of molsen dry. wonderful.

Try Pfeiffer beer, I recall back in the ’80′s it was about $10 a CASE! What a deal and what a hang over…never saw it in cans, only bottles. Straight from the middle of the mitten of MI!!!

PBR was always a big favorite of the local softball teams after a game.

Ha! My dad drank Schlitz when I was growing up. Hilarious. My college days were filled with Busch Lite and now that I live in hipsterville, I’ve taken a liking to PBR. Mix it with orange juice for a PBR mimosa – amazing.

Ah yes, Natty Light, Natty Ice (more alcohol per volume), PBR and the Beast… college days. Although I do say that we would buy a sixer of the good stuff and then a case of natty light for once we couldn’t really taste anything anymore LOL. I’m from the south so Nat Light and the beast are household names.

First of all, where is this bar??
Second of all, I would NOT rank PBR lower than Natty light. Natty light is gross. PBR is not quite as bad. As for the Beast, I’ll put that at the lowest. LOTS of college days spent drinking all three of these.
In fact, several years out of college, I’m still drinking PBR.
It might be a regional thing. PBR and Beast are both Wisconsin brands, I’m sure many of us Wisconsinites have fond memories of fathers and grandfathers drinking these when we were growing up.
