Besides beer and brats, could you bring home some cheese curds this weekend???? About 5 pounds of the white (no flavors/add-ins, etc.) I would prefer those 1 pound packages like I got at the market. Use my credit card.

Ok this may be a dumb question, but what do cheese curds taste like? I have never heard of anyone selling them.
Cheese curds are a little bland, you usually eat them with something. In parts of Quebec they put them on fries and smother them in Chicken gravy…mmm…Poutine
cheese curds are salty, more chewy than normal cheese and really easy to get addicted to . . . in Wisconsin, you can get fried cheese curds which are really good . . . yum!
