A repository of modern day maternal correspondence

I live in Wisconsin.

Besides beer and brats, could you bring home some cheese curds this weekend????  About 5 pounds of the white (no flavors/add-ins, etc.)  I would prefer those 1 pound packages like I got at the market.  Use my credit card.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

This weekend - I can’t wait!  Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Ok this may be a dumb question, but what do cheese curds taste like? I have never heard of anyone selling them.

Cheese curds are a little bland, you usually eat them with something. In parts of Quebec they put them on fries and smother them in Chicken gravy…mmm…Poutine :)

cheese curds are salty, more chewy than normal cheese and really easy to get addicted to . . . in Wisconsin, you can get fried cheese curds which are really good . . . yum!
