Mom: What are you doing for fun?
Me: I was going to see an outside movie with friends yesterday, but it got canceled so we went to a bar.
Mom: Is that what you do, go to bars?
Me: Uh, that’s what there is in Williamsburg.
Mom: Are you becoming a heavy drinker?
Me: I couldn’t afford that.
Mom: That’s the reason you’re not?

Is there any other reason not to? Seriously though, mom have you ever been to Williamburg? It has sucked for so long that the first european settlers there started making alcohol. Not much has improved in over 200 years.

I guess mom hasn’t been to the bar lately to see the cost of a drink.

This sounds like my mother. After two glasses of wine she accuses me of being an alcoholic. Or a ‘boozer’.

haha. yeah real alcoholics stay home and drink alone to keep costs down.

Nicole it is a well known assumption that anybody who drinks just one more drink than you consume is an alcoholic. A corollary of that law is that a person is rich if they make just $1.00 more per hour than you.

Oh yes. This Wmsbg native says that economics is the only thing holding lots of college students and minimum wage Colonial Wmsbg workers back. Nice town, but not much going on after sunset.
