We enjoyed the Dam tour. It was damn interesting. OOOPS! That was a curse word. The history was fascinating. Then we went to Vegas. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Let’s see, we arrived at our non-casino hotel in the afternoon. Daddy returned the rental car. We walked to Applebee’s and had dinner. It was CRAZY DELICIOUS. Then TV and lights out at 7:20. We are pathetic, aren’t we?

if Applebee’s is considered crazy delicious, then yes.
I’m thinking that should have stayed in Vegas. Seriously, when thinking about telling a Vegas story remember the following:
1. It should contain lots of lewd debauchery.
2. The story should not be told.
I’m with J. I have been to applebees on a few occaisions. It was delicious, but not that crazy.
Maybe this is just the cover story. The real story stayed in Vegas. Moms can be tricky that way.
Wow, they went to Vegas… and didn’t go to a casino and ate at Applebee’s? I didn’t even know they had non-casino hotels in Vegas. Even the airport has slot machines. I sure hope that was a cover story.
I just can’t get over it, the best of everything in the world is in Vegas…Paris, Venice….and they went to applebee’s? (shutters).

I call bullshit on this story. Even if I’m 90, if I’m in Vegas I am pulling an all-nighter and eating… anywhere but Applebee’s. Even if I have been to a dam that day.
Maybe she meant lights out at 7:20 AM and left what happened between dinner and “lights out” time out of it
