Backstory: My mom sent this mass-email to everyone she knows (including my sister, M!)
Anyone know of a home for 2 black fixed kittens ? (under 6 mos)
M convinced her boyfriend (against my advice!) to get these 2 kittens from the shelter. He works too much (I KNEW it) and can’t take care of them. (I told you so!). So he would like to find a home for them.
I’m trying very hard NOT to say anything. That won’t last long. hmmphh
Almost as bad as the dreaded “Reply All”.

This is my mom- and yes, shame on my sister and her boyfriend… and this was posted RIGHT after my mom wrote on my Facebook wall “I’m not on Momma Postcards, am I?” HAHA! I called and told her and she couldn’t stop laughing but was very mad I sent it in. And what couldn’t be translated was that she HIGHLIGHTED in yellow everything in parenthesis. I was on the phone with M when she saw the e-mail… she was slightly mortified.

What is so hard about taking care of a couple of kittens?! A fish tank is more work! Leave down a really healthy dry food, clean fresh water, a few cat toys and clean litter! They have each other, so they’ll be entertained. Indoor cats are the easiest pets in the world! And black cats, in my experience, are the sweetest and smartest.
I’ve had plenty of pets, and indoor cats are by far the easiest, and kittens are the funniest things on the planet. Your Mom should relax, keep the kittens and boot the sister and her loser boyfriend! If they can’t care for a couple of kittens, let’s all pray they never have kids!

Tara…talk about getting rid of “pets”…shall we mention chipmunks. Beware Tara….Prez Obama is outlawing torture and you certainly don’t want to go to jail…Jeanne would have to make you one of her famous ammonia cakes (to hide the saw). Oh, we’re so sick!!! xoxox
