while I was playing Twister er…,
ah…, I mean while at yoga today (with the way my body was bent in some seriously strange positions, you could understand my mistake – at least the old guy in the snug capri pants wasn’t in attendance) I realized I’ve neglected to send you a pic of the week…yeah, I know, I was supposed to have been clearing my mind and concentrating on letting my sit bones join to the mother earth while my overstretched arms represented the tree of life or some such malarkey…sigh…I can only take this shit so far – kinda like church..
