I had a CT done today of my stomach. I’m sure it was fine but the patient before me was a possum from the zoo. I have to be the only person in the world that had to wait for a possum to go first for a medical test.

Actuallly it is quite common for hospitals to rent their equipment time to local vets. I know in some countries there is a 6 month waiting list for a CAT scan, but an animal brought in by a vet can use it within 48 hours.
