So funny! I love that she adressed her kids as “Children”.

My mom just has copies of her will made and leaves them with us Just In Case.

Not that she has a lot to leave. She just wants to be sure that we are not to cremate her, and threatens to haunt us if we do.

      Love that woman.

I knew a lady who flew to Hawaii a few years back and she left her two sons (who were both over 30) a very, very long letter, telling them how much she loved them and how proud she was of them… just in case she died!

Kind of agree with Caroline, but on the other hand, my MIL is like this all the time, so perhaps it’s not necessarily related to the Air France disaster?

And Steffy, I keep thinking I should do the same thing! Morbid, but the hearts in the right place!

My daughter in her 20s has flown to tropics for a month and didn’t leave me her will but left me a list of all her email accounts and passwords, bank account and credit card plus any passwords just in case something happens to make it easier to find her information or cancel cards if her wallet goes missing or such. This was before Air France so I just took it as cautious but safe……

My ex-MIL would do this also. She would also give a fire-proof safe to newly married couples to store their marriage certificate and other important documents. Practical, definately. But the puzzled looks on everyone’s face was priceless!
