I bought one of those undergarments that holds your fat in. You gotta choose carefully though. If you mush in the bottom it pops out the top and vice versa. Just FYI Love Mom.

It’s totally true! I’ve bought underwear to attempt to hold in my belly, but instead it just gave me a muffin top.

Or else, the waist rolls down and you end up with a ring around your middle. That’s a little difficult to discretely adjust in the middle of a wedding ceremony.
