The Kinsey Report? That's hilarious!! Do you think your mom had read it? That report is all about how there's no "normative" approach to sex.

Love this one, but I'm not sure I get the relationship (so to speak) of an enlarging penis to a dryer full of wet clothes......

Hey, your grandma sounds pretty cool (even if the conversation was excruciating for your mother). My parents never even acknowledged the existence of body parts below the neck.

I gotta side with your mom on this one, lol. Then again, I am from an area with notoriously thorough sex ed in public schools. My parents could afford to slack off in that area.

I never learned about the "Birds and the Bees", I learned about sex. I still have no idea where the "Birds and the Bees" come into the whole thing. My mother was a nurse so everything was very clinical, we even had a pop-up book about the reproductive system. My father was an old-school hippie so I knew all about birth control and what really works :)

My mom solved this problem by leaving a copy of the Kinsey report on sex & a book called "The Art of Sexual Ecstacy" in our library. Two guesses as to which book I still have & the first one doesn't count. :)
