I gotta side with your mom on this one, lol. Then again, I am from an area with notoriously thorough sex ed in public schools. My parents could afford to slack off in that area.

I never learned about the “Birds and the Bees”, I learned about sex. I still have no idea where the “Birds and the Bees” come into the whole thing. My mother was a nurse so everything was very clinical, we even had a pop-up book about the reproductive system. My father was an old-school hippie so I knew all about birth control and what really works :)

My mom solved this problem by leaving a copy of the Kinsey report on sex & a book called “The Art of Sexual Ecstacy” in our library. Two guesses as to which book I still have & the first one doesn’t count. :)
