I’m almost surprised we didn’t get one of these emails from our families, since we didn’t spend the holidays with them. Thank goodness we have other siblings to occupy the parental units!
Actually, I take that back: my one grandmother sent me a note along these lines. It’s hard to take hers seriously, though, since she wasn’t going to be there, either.
