You know, I could never understand people who would do that kind of thing in public. I have seen people yell, berate, belittle, you name it to some guy or gal who is just trying to do their job. These people must have really sour attitudes to take out their frustrations on people trying to earn a living. I do my best to treat everybody with the same respect that I would want to be treated with. Come on, they are people with emotions and feelings just like me. You go mom!
