Postcards, are you not getting any submissions lately?

2 submissions in 3 days is not like it used to be. This web site is really barren.

This is the second or third postcard lately about a Mom putting money in their child’s checking account. Do a lot of moms have access to their kids accounts like this? I guess maybe if they’re college kids… ?

A lot of banks will let you deposit even if you don’t know the account number. All you need is their name, where they bank, and a phone number or address (if it’s a common name)

My parents helped me set up a retirement account, too, when I was in college; I contributed when I was making money but they contributed when I wasn’t. It became a big part of my graduation gift. Not a bad thing to have in the bank, so to speak…
My mom still tries to give me money, and I’m 30 and married to someone with a well-paying job!
